These Terms and Conditions govern the Zero Torque Putter Giveaway across the markets set out below. Each market is governed by its own terms and the law of its jurisdiction. Where a person could fall within more than one market, the terms of the market in which their entry was recorded apply.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to clients of Pro Golf SG Pte. Ltd. (“the Company”) aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
A “Student Evaluation” or “SE” means a completed, paid GOLFTEC Student Evaluation session conducted at a participating Singapore centre during the Promotion Period.

Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 (inclusive), local time in the relevant market. Entries recorded outside this period are not valid.

How to Enter
‍
Refer a new client to GOLFTEC Singapore (Raffles Place or GR.ID). A “new client” is a person who has not previously held a GOLFTEC account or taken lessons.
The referrer earns one (1) raffle entry each time a person they have referred completes a paid Student Evaluation (SE) during the Promotion Period.
The referred person must identify their referrer at the time of booking for the entry to be valid. There is no limit on the number of entries one referrer may earn.

Prize
‍
The prize is the winner’s choice of one (1) zero-torque putter from the following: TaylorMade ZT Spider, Odyssey Tri-Hot Square 2 Square, L.A.B. Golf putter, or Scotty Cameron OC. One (1) prize is available for the Singapore market.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. Putter model availability is subject to stock; where a chosen model is unavailable the Company will offer the nearest equivalent from the listed options. The prize is supplied with a standard stock shaft and grip; no custom fitting, shaft, or grip upgrade is included.

Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries in the Singapore market after the Promotion Period closes.
The winner will be notified using the contact details associated with their entry within fourteen (14) days of the draw.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of first notification, the Company reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

General

The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, falsified, or does not meet these terms.
The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary, including for reasons outside its control.
Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entries from both the Raffles Place and GR.ID centres are pooled into a single Singapore draw, with one (1) winner for the Singapore market.

Personal Data

Personal data collected for this Promotion is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Data is used only to administer the Promotion, including verifying entries and contacting the winner, and is not retained longer than necessary for that purpose. Entrants may contact the Promoter at the address above to access or correct their personal data.

Referral Reward (Standing Programme)

Separately from this raffle, the Company operates a region-wide referral programme across all GOLFTEC South East Asia centres (Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok and Shenzhen). A client may refer a new client to any of these centres, including from another city, and earns one (1) additional 30-minute lesson when the referred new client makes a qualifying purchase. This reward replaces the previous referral discount (equivalent to S$80).
A “qualifying purchase” means the referred new client purchases either a paid Swing/Student Evaluation or a Game Plan. A Game Plan qualifies even though the Swing Evaluation is provided free as part of it, because a purchase has been made. A Swing Evaluation provided free under a promotional offer, with no accompanying purchase, does not qualify.
This standing reward is independent of the raffle entry above.
